Complementing our Executive Search program, our TalentAccess™ program is a highly specialized solution, perfect for positions between $65k and $80k. Launched in 2014, this flat-fee, innovative service allows companies to develop a pipeline of pre-screened, relevant and highly skilled talent while lowering their overall recruiting expenses and accelerating their hiring process.
