Julia Haims is an Executive Recruiter with over 16 years in the Staffing and Recruiting Industry. She began her career in Human Resources and Staffing in the US Northeast before settling in San Diego in 2003. Julia has extensive experience working for the largest specialized staffing agency in the world where she helped launch a new financial division in both Philadelphia and NYC. Julia specializes in recruiting at the mid and Executive level, focusing on placing highly skilled Sales, Marketing and Operations professionals. Julia’s success stems from her enthusiasm for bringing people together. She combines her knowledge and extensive Human Resources, Account Management and Project Management experience with a strong passion and sense of urgency for her clients. Her desire to match the right person to the culture and core values of her clients has enabled Julia to maintain an extremely high level of client satisfaction.
Julia has a Bachelor of Science from Wesley College. She volunteers for Art of the Brain, a UCLA Foundation non-profit organization whose mission is to raise money for brain cancer research and public awareness of this deadly disease. Julia lives in Mission Hills with her husband, two daughters and dog Toby.
