Our legacy client seeks an experienced sales professional for its private duty caregiving and geriatric care consulting services.
RESPONSIBILITIES: Make the phone ring with client inquiries. Promote and sell services of home healthcare services by building relationships with medical, legal, and financial professionals. To effectively, thoroughly, and professionally communicate the quality and breadth of their industry leading expertise. To enthusiastically promote their services to candidate’s existing network, to their direct network, and to new referral sources in the community, with the ultimate goal of enabling more seniors and their families to benefit from our services.
BACKGROUND: The successful candidate will have experience selling private duty or similar services in San Diego. Similar services include home health, assisted living, independent living, and other health and senior-oriented services. Previous titles may include Community Liaison, Sales Representative, Marketing Director/Associate, or Admissions Coordinator. Past positions in sales, social work, case management, caregiving, or nursing are also beneficial.
QUALITIES: Passionate and driven. Work independently with minimal supervision; goal-oriented; accountable; organized; basic familiarity with clinical, operational, and financial aspects of in-home private duty care and geriatric care management.
COMPENSATION: Competitive base salary + commission, dependent upon experience and performance. Our culture rewards performance over tenure or experience, especially in a sales position.
