Senior Executive Recruiter

TurningPoint Executive Search is a San Diego-based, national, retained executive search firm. We are a specialized firm, focused on placing mid and senior level sales, marketing, and executive leadership talent across a variety of industries. The firm prides itself on maintaining its 91%+, 2-year placement retention ratio, meaning 91% of our placements are still with our client two years later. Our 94% fill ratio is nearly 3x the industry average, and is a testament to our in-depth screening process, and high-touch, collaborative work style.

Launched in 2007 and led by our Founder Ken Schmitt who has been recruiting since 1998, our firm’s unique approach combines in-depth research, targeted outbound recruiting, face to face screening and the delivery of real-time market intelligence. We are committed to providing personalized attention to each candidate and company we represent. We hold very closely to our Core Values. It is these values that differentiate us from the rest of the industry, and it is the strict adherence to these principles that drives our every move.

  • High Touch, Accessible and Responsive

  • Building Open and Honest Relationships through Candid Conversations
