Sales Leader of the Year

This distinction is awarded to the individual leading the sales team within their company. The company must have a minimum of 5 employees. The nominee must have been their current role for a minimum of 12 months and manage a dedicated internal or external team of 2 or more. They must also spend 50% or more of their time in San Diego and reside in Southern California. In addition to having a direct impact on the numbers, he or she must demonstrate an employee-first management style. Lastly, a Sales Leader of the Year nominee is involved in making his or her community a better place by volunteering time, expertise, and resources.

Marketing Leader of the Year

This distinction is awarded to the individual leading the marketing team within their company. The company must have a minimum of 5 employees. The nominee must have held their current role for a minimum of 12 months and manage a dedicated internal or external team of 2 or more. They must also spend 50% or more of their time in San Diego and reside in Southern California. The nominee must have a direct impact on metrics such as lead development, market share, brand awareness and design. In addition, he or she demonstrates an employee-first management style. Lastly, a Marketing Leader of the Year nominee is involved in making his or her community a better place by volunteering time, expertise, and resources.

Sales & Marketing Leader of the Year

This distinction is awarded to the individual leading both the sales and marketing teams within their company. The company must have a minimum of 5 employees. The nominee must have been in their current role for a minimum of 12 months and manage a dedicated internal or external team of 4 or more. They must also spend 50% or more of their time in San Diego and reside in Southern California. In addition to having a direct impact on the numbers, he or she must demonstrate an employee-first management style. Lastly, a Sales & Marketing Leader of the Year nominee is involved in making his or her community a better place by volunteering time, expertise, and resources.

Disruptor of the Year

This unique distinction is awarded to an up and coming professional who may or may not be managing a dedicated team. The Disruptor of the Year has made a measurable impact on his or her overall business through the development, championing, and implementation of a unique and game-changing business strategy or innovative campaign. The company must have a minimum of 10 employees. They must also spend 50% or more of their time in San Diego and reside in Southern California. In addition to having a direct impact on the numbers, he or she has developed a reputation for taking chances and advancing the image of his or her employer. Lastly, a Disruptor of the Year nominee is involved in making his or her community a better place by volunteering time, expertise, and resources.

Driving Force Award

This inaugural award is presented to the CEO/President who has had a significant impact on revenue and branding for the organization. The company must have a minimum of 20 employees and $25M in revenues. The nominee must have been in their current role for a minimum of 18 months and be manage a dedicated internal or external sales and marketing team of 6 or more. They must also spend 50% or more of their time in San Diego and reside in Southern California. In addition to having a direct impact on the numbers, he or she must demonstrate an employee-first management style. Lastly, a Driving Force Award nominee is involved in making his or her community a better place by volunteering time, expertise, and resources.
