Driving Force Award
This inaugural award is presented to the CEO/President who has had a significant impact on revenue and branding for the organization. The company must have a minimum of 20 employees and $25M in revenues. The nominee must have been in their current role for a minimum of 18 months and be manage a dedicated internal or external sales and marketing team of 6 or more. They must also spend 50% or more of their time in San Diego and reside in Southern California. In addition to having a direct impact on the numbers, he or she must demonstrate an employee-first management style. Lastly, a Driving Force Award nominee is involved in making his or her community a better place by volunteering time, expertise, and resources.
