TurningPoint Executive Search is pleased to announce a new addition to our incredible team! Sonia Bains comes to us from Florida, by way of New York! Growing up in Florida, you can probably guess her first job… That’s right – Disneyworld! After chasing a dream of living in New York for a few years, Sonia headed west to the Bay Area.

While not every job can be at the Happiest Place on Earth, she has had an amazing career in the Human Resources and Recruiting space and brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to our team. As she adjusts to the rain and fog of Northern California, she’s also learning to bundle up to keep warm as she watches her two sons take the ice to play hockey in local leagues. When she’s not cheering on her favorite players, Sonia is exploring her new town and trying the best Italian and Mexican restaurants she can find! As she enthusiastically shared, “My heart and home may be in Florida, but I’m quickly becoming a Cali girl!” Welcome to the team, Sonia!
