San Diego, California; Ken Schmitt, Founder & CEO of TurningPoint Executive Search, launches Season 2 of his leadership podcast with exciting changes.
“We had exceptional guests and a lot of fun in Season 1 – San Diego Padres Craig Stammen and a former Olympic Medalist, for example. After speaking with some of our listeners and guests, we decided to change things up this season with a new title, Leader(shi*) Happens, an expanded presentation to include video, and fine-tuning our approach with our guests so that our audience will glean not only tactical leadership essentials but also the art of being an authentic leader,” says host and creator Schmitt.
