TurningPoint Executive Search is pleased to announce it has been named one of DataBird Journal’s Best Companies for Women 2019!

Employees from organizations with less than 4,000 employees were asked to rate their employers on factors such as discrimination, parental leave, and pay equity. Using those responses, DataBird explored what obstacles employees faced, which diversity interventions are used at their workplace, and which they found most effective for women.

TurningPoint Executive Search landed itself on the list as #18, the second-highest in the Staffing and Recruiting industry. They stand proudly on the podium with other top-notch organizations from a variety of industries ranging from mechanical and industrial engineering, to accounting, hospitality, e-learning, and more.

TurningPoint’s CEO & Founder, Ken Schmitt, was thrilled by the news:

It’s an honor to be included on this list of outstanding organizations. Diversity is a priority to me both professionally and personally. To be recognized for that is really encouraging and lets me know I am successfully taking steps in the right direction. As a business owner, you strive to prioritize, empower, and honor your employees. Emphasizing work/life balance and promotion based on merit, rather than gender and politics, are two ways I’ve been able to accomplish this. My efforts certainly paid off in the success of the company and, more importantly, in the satisfaction of my team.

TurningPoint Executive Search offers a comprehensive approach to placing mid and senior-level Sales, Marketing, Operations, and Executive Leadership talent throughout Southern California and the U.S.
