The Senior Logistics Manager reports directly to the COO. Our client is looking for a professional, organized and detailed person to handle general office functions, administration, and logistics.   • Manage all company logistics:  Oversee and assist with the following
    • International and Domestic daily activities.
    • Manage, direct, coach direct reports
    • Coordinating new and existing brokers/ carriers including researching; quoting and onboarding
    • Coordinating and Scheduling Pick-Ups and deliveries via various software systems including Kuebix (or similar TMS software)
    • Monitoring all shipments within the US and overseas to ensure product is booked, ships on time and arrives at customers door on time.
    • Coordinate and handle all retailer requirements including: pre-ticketing, carton markings/pallet markings, and other order details for each customer and shipment.
    • Working with US and China sourcing to ensure all information is accurate and on time (carton markings, samples, pre-tickets, etc.)
    • Knowledgeable working with multiple manufacturing locations and 3PL .
  • Assist with planning and execution of All Company Logistics/Warehouses –
    • Coordinate with Order flow – parts; products; production
      • Familiar and comfortable in company ERP system (Net Suite or similar) with strong Excel skills
      • Knowledgeable with EDI (Electronic Data Interchange System) – handling all components of EDI from customer PO to Invoice (as needed)
      • Familiar with new account onboarding, mainly US Retailers
      • Handling logistics and routing with major retailers
    • Comfortable working with company departments to communicate and move projects along with other managers.
    • Capable and comfortable leadership skills with direct reports and team
    • Proficient and comfortable in all aspects of Computer use including – Microsoft Office 365; Word, Excel, PowerPoint,  E-mail, Web navigation, ERP experience (Net Suite); EDI
